The SEC requires companies that file XBRL reports to post the XBRL data on their publicly accessible company website by the individual filing deadline or within one day of the actual filing of the report. In addition, the XBRL data must remain available on the website for 12 months following the date of the filing. Companies may not satisfy this requirement by linking to the SEC's file database; however, companies can satisfy the requirement by linking to another third-party website that displays XBRL data, so long as that data is freely available for public access, or by providing the raw XBRL files hosted on the company website. We can provide all XBRL file sets to our clients at their request after filing to fulfill this requirement.
